Agreement to these terms
By visiting this website, submitting a request, continuing with a donation, purchasing or downloading a resource, using a delivered file, contacting ZCraft Studios, or using any related service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website, resources, forms, donations, or services.
Submitting or continuing
When you click submit, continue, checkout, donate, purchase, download, contact, or a similar button, you confirm that you accept the terms that apply to that action.
Services and resources
ZCraft Studios provides digital resources and development services for Minecraft servers, Discord communities, and online studios. This may include configuration packs, setup resources, server tools, Discord bots, websites, dashboards, product pages, templates, scripts, assets, and related digital work.
Project scope
Custom work is limited to the written scope agreed before or during the project. Anything not clearly included may require a separate quote, added timeline, or additional approval. ZCraft Studios may decline work that is outside its skill set, unsuitable, unclear, unreasonable, or not appropriate for the studio.
Mistakes and corrections
ZCraft Studios tries to keep website content, listings, quotes, messages, documentation, resources, prices, screenshots, examples, and support replies accurate, but mistakes may happen. Typos, outdated text, incorrect examples, accidental omissions, pricing mistakes, broken links, wrong labels, display bugs, missing details, or other unintentional errors do not create a binding obligation beyond what ZCraft Studios confirms in writing. ZCraft Studios may correct mistakes, update content, revise quotes, fix files, replace incorrect information, or cancel an affected request where appropriate.
No reliance on informal information
You should not rely on informal messages, old screenshots, draft pages, preview text, automated summaries, examples, placeholder content, public comments, or unconfirmed estimates as final promises. Only the final written agreement, confirmed product listing, delivered files, and official policy pages should be treated as the applicable record.
Opportunity to resolve issues
If a delivered resource or service has a genuine issue, you agree to give ZCraft Studios a reasonable opportunity to review the issue, request details, offer instructions, provide an update, replace a file, or suggest a workaround before escalating the matter.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate project details, versions, logs, screenshots, access details when required, branding material, and timely feedback. ZCraft Studios is not responsible for delays, errors, failed delivery, wrong estimates, compatibility issues, or avoidable problems caused by incomplete, incorrect, outdated, misleading, or late information from you.
Authority to request work
By submitting a request, you confirm that you own or are authorized to represent the server, Discord server, website, repository, brand, account, business, or project involved. ZCraft Studios is not responsible for internal disagreements between owners, staff members, partners, developers, buyers, or team members.
Donations
Donations are voluntary support contributions. A donation does not purchase a product, custom project, priority, ownership right, service obligation, guaranteed response, or special benefit unless ZCraft Studios separately confirms otherwise in writing.
Digital delivery
Digital resource delivery is treated as complete when the file, license, download, or access has been provided through the relevant website, marketplace, message, or agreed channel.
License
Unless a product page or written agreement says otherwise, ZCraft Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased or delivered resource for your own server, community, website, or project. Ownership of the original resource and reusable parts remains with ZCraft Studios or the relevant rights holder.
Sharing and resale
You may not resell, redistribute, upload, sublicense, share, publish, give away, copy into another product, or include ZCraft Studios resources in another paid or free product unless ZCraft Studios gives written permission.
Edits
You may modify purchased resources for your own allowed use, unless the product page says otherwise. Modified versions remain subject to these terms and may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or claimed as fully original work. ZCraft Studios is not responsible for issues caused by edits made by you or third parties.
Third-party services
Resources may depend on third-party software, plugins, APIs, marketplaces, providers, hosting, Minecraft server software, Discord, GitHub, Vercel, databases, domains, or other services. ZCraft Studios does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their downtime, rule changes, bugs, pricing, restrictions, outages, API changes, security issues, or policy enforcement.
Compatibility and updates
Compatibility may depend on server versions, plugin versions, operating systems, hosting limits, Java versions, APIs, permissions, configuration conflicts, and third-party updates. ZCraft Studios may provide updates at its discretion, but lifetime updates, unlimited fixes, permanent compatibility, or permanent availability are not guaranteed unless clearly stated on the product page or written agreement.
Support
Support may be provided through the contact page, Discord, marketplace messages, email, tickets, or another agreed channel. Support covers reasonable help for the original purchased or delivered resource. Support does not include unrelated setup, third-party support, custom feature development, teaching, emergency work, reinstalling user-edited files, or fixing user-made edits unless agreed separately.
Backups and installation risk
You are responsible for making backups before installing, editing, replacing, or deleting files. ZCraft Studios is not responsible for data loss, server crashes, downtime, misconfiguration, lost revenue, player loss, corrupted files, security incidents, or damage caused by installation mistakes, missing backups, third-party conflicts, unsupported edits, or instructions applied incorrectly.
Submitted material
You keep ownership of content you submit, such as logos, screenshots, server names, descriptions, documents, examples, and project details. You grant ZCraft Studios permission to use that material as needed to review, quote, build, test, deliver, support, document, troubleshoot, and defend the requested work.
Portfolio use
ZCraft Studios may display non-sensitive finished work, screenshots, feature summaries, testimonials, or public project references in a portfolio, marketplace listing, social post, or promotional material unless you request confidentiality in writing before the project starts.
Acceptable use
ZCraft Studios may refuse projects involving harmful, abusive, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, unsafe, unauthorized, or platform-violating activity. ZCraft Studios may also refuse any project that may harm users, platforms, communities, providers, or third-party systems.
No professional advice
Information provided by ZCraft Studios is for general technical and business support related to the studio's services. It is not legal, financial, tax, security, medical, or professional advice. You should get qualified professional advice before relying on anything for legal, financial, tax, security, or compliance decisions.
No guarantee of results
ZCraft Studios does not guarantee sales, downloads, revenue, search rankings, marketplace approval, server growth, player retention, uptime, performance improvements, business results, public feedback, or third-party approval. Advice, setup suggestions, and resources are provided based on available information and reasonable effort.
Responsibility limits
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ZCraft Studios is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, business, reputational, or third-party losses, including lost profits, lost data, downtime, lost players, lost reputation, lost revenue, security incidents, or third-party claims. Where responsibility cannot be excluded, responsibility is limited to the amount you paid directly to ZCraft Studios for the affected resource or service.
Events outside control
ZCraft Studios is not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting outages, platform downtime, provider issues, marketplace issues, illness, emergencies, power issues, API changes, account restrictions, legal restrictions, or other unexpected events.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect. The invalid part will be limited or replaced only as much as needed to make it enforceable while keeping the original intent as much as possible.
No waiver
If ZCraft Studios does not enforce a right immediately, that does not mean the right is waived. ZCraft Studios may enforce any part of these terms later if needed.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be waived. If a law gives you mandatory consumer rights, those rights continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
ZCraft Studios may update these terms when services, resources, laws, marketplace requirements, providers, or business practices change. The updated date shows when changes were last made. Continued use of the website, resources, forms, donations, or services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Before starting a formal dispute, both sides agree to try to resolve the issue in good faith through the contact page or the original purchase/support channel.
